Johnson Screens [India] Ltd offers wide ranges of jackets etc. Single Wire Wrapped Screen is used for better sand control in gravel pack jobs. These pipe base screens are manufactured with strict quality standards. The screen jackets are manufactured by spirally wounding narrow faced Vee-Wire around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded.
Single Wire Wrapped Screen is manufactured with 2 3/8 inch, 2 7/8 inch and 3 ½ inch diameter of seamless base pipe having 9 feet, 15 feet and 30 feet lengths. The commonly used material of base pipe is J-55, L-80 & N-80 grade.
